Claims Management and Resolution Specialist

RACQ Property is expanding its talent pool, seeking dedicated professionals to drive exceptional results in property claims management. Our team's mission is to ensure our members achieve the best possible outcomes, necessitating collaborative and proactive individuals.
In this Claims Management and Resolution Specialist role, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of property claims, ranging from straightforward to complex scenarios. Your primary focus will be ensuring seamless and positive experiences for our members, with each day presenting new challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Competitive Compensation: $35.40 per hour + superannuation + penalty rates, providing an attractive remuneration package.
- Flexible Work Arrangements: Enjoy a hybrid work model, allowing for remote work after 1-3 months, along with free onsite parking when in the office.
- Rotating Roster: Full-time 37.5 hours/week across a 7-day work week (minimal weekends), encompassing various shifts to accommodate your needs.
- Supportive Leadership: Collaborate with leaders who genuinely prioritize your success, offering regular coaching and personalized support for career development.

- Empathetic Claims Management: Navigate the complete property claims process with compassion, prioritizing member satisfaction throughout their most challenging times.
- Claims Handling: Efficiently manage claim lodgement, triaging, and ongoing oversight, ensuring clear communication and proactive follow-ups at every stage.
- High-Quality Customer Service: Respond to multiple calls daily, delivering exceptional service to every caller and making each interaction meaningful.
- Negotiation and Transparency: Negotiate settlements when necessary, clearly explaining claim outcomes to maintain transparency and understanding throughout the process.
- Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, upholding professionalism and fostering strong relationships.
- Documentation Expertise: Apply and interpret Product Disclosure Statements (PDS) and other relevant documentation to inform decision-making.
