Position OverviewThis role is pivotal in managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring we maintain our high standards of care and support for individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the entire recruitment process for various roles within the organization, from job vacancy advertisements to successful candidate placements.
- Develop job descriptions and post vacancies across relevant platforms.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for our organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain an organised applicant tracking system to ensure efficient record-keeping.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Review and interpret employment laws, awards, contracts, wage systems, and dispute resolution processes to ensure compliance.
- Develop, plan, and create enterprise agreements or collective contracts, including implementing productivity-based wage adjustments and workplace relations policies.
- Supervise the establishment and functioning of workplace consultative committees and initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS and industry standards throughout the recruitment process.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare or disability services.
SalaryWe offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
