The Assistant Front Office Manager is a pivotal role in delivering outstanding guest experiences at The Star Brisbane. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will inspire your team to surpass guest expectations by delivering excellent service. Your focus is on improving customer service and supporting the Front Office Manager in achieving success while nurturing the team and their growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Front Office team with professionalism ensuring efficiencies
- Manage guest inquiries and concerns diplomatically and empathetically
- Demonstrate our commitment to service excellence through the delivery of The Star values
- Foster and showcase a positive collaborative relationship across all departments
- Ensure guest and financial records are accurately maintained
- Cultivate a positive and exciting environment where flawless delivery of product excellence and service are paramount
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel management
- Experience in Opera PMS will be advantageous
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management
- Strong organisation and time management skills
About The Star Brisbane
The $ billion Queen's Wharf Brisbane development is being delivered by Destination Brisbane Consortium – a joint venture led by The Star Entertainment Group alongside its partners.
