We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless front office operations, providing exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Assist with the management of all operational departments as required, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to company standards.
  • Roster and Costing Management: Manage rosters, costings, and forecasting to optimize resources and drive business efficiency.
  • Guest Experience: Oversee the professional development of Guest Service Agents and Porters, ensuring strong succession planning and excellent guest satisfaction.
  • KPIs and Performance: Involve in and manage setting KPIs for Front Office and guest satisfaction, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Experience and Qualifications: You must have experience in managing large teams, juggling multiple tasks, and handling complex operations. A Senior First Aid Certificate and an open manual driver's license are also essential.
  • Skills and Abilities: You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and have experience with Opera, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
