Job Description


  • This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within our Front Office team, supervising and guiding staff to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence.
  • You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Front Office, including check-in, check-out, and other related tasks.
  • As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will leverage your expertise to enhance skills and capabilities through training and development programs.
  • Promoting hotel facilities through strong product knowledge, and maintaining high levels of professionalism while adhering to procedures related to guest confidentiality.
  • Maintaining procedures and documentation with precision.


Salary

$65,000 - $75,000 per annum (dependent on location), plus benefits package



Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:




  • A natural ability to surprise guests with excellent customer service
  • Confidence and a bubbly personality that enables you to approach people and initiate conversation
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with experience in handling numerous tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Opera, Microsoft Word, and Outlook software
  • Senior First Aid Certificate and an open manual driver's license
