At Novotel Brisbane South Bank, we are seeking an experienced Front Office professional to join our team as Duty Manager. This is a full-time opportunity to manage the Front Office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel and maintaining our reputation as a market leader in individualised customer-focused service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the hotel meets or exceeds its key performance indicators (KPIs) related to RPS, NPS, Loyalty, and room upselling. They will also be responsible for the operation of an effective night audit function in conjunction with the Financial Controller to ensure accuracy of this daily function while maintaining customer focus.

We are looking for a candidate with proven prior experience in a Front Office leadership capacity, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to think critically and find solutions with a guest-focused approach. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of Brisbane, particularly South Brisbane, and be able to recommend attractions and activities.
