
Transformative HR Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation prioritising employee experience and empowerment.
We are undergoing significant organisational transformation, with new initiatives aimed at enhancing systems, processes and practices. As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing and implementing people-related activities within our corporate white-collar business.
You will provide strategic and operational advice to enable effective team management and development, aligning with organisational objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Extensive generalist HR experience as a business partner;
- Previous experience working with organisational change, including organisational design, cultural and behavioural change, coaching and developing talent;
- Ability to build relationships and influence leaders across the organisation effectively;
- Strong industrial relations and employee relations skills, ideally exposure to unionised environments;
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
This role requires travel around various sites across Sydney. A valid driver's licence and car are necessary. Our Head Office is located at Macquarie Park, with occasional trips to other locations. The role also involves hybrid working from home, balancing office work and remote days.
