Strategic HR Leader

Drive transformative change as a strategic HR leader, shaping the future of HR and delivering business outcomes across Westpac.

  1. Lead Cultural Transformations: Embed agile work practices and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  2. Design High-Performing Teams: Contribute to designing and delivering high-performing HR teams that meet changing business needs.
  3. Develop Workforce Strategies: Partner with executives to develop strategies that support talent growth, capability development, and business outcomes.
  4. Talent Growth: Identify, develop, and grow talent across the organisation, building a strong bench of future leaders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Head of HR, with proven track record in HR business partnering, workforce planning, and organisational design.
  • Ability to lead and influence executives, driving business outcomes through HR.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, reflecting on HR processes, policies, and practices.
  • Solid understanding of HR risk, governance, and compliance frameworks.
