
Transformational HR Leader

We are seeking a transformative HR leader to elevate and lead a high performing business partnering team, embedding strategic consulting and influence.
The ideal candidate will possess broad expertise across talent, culture, organisational development, ER, safety, and wellbeing, with experience operating in senior HR leadership roles and working with executive stakeholders and Boards.
This is an opportunity to play a central role in shaping and executing a People & Culture agenda that reflects our values and is deeply aligned with our enterprise priorities.
In this position, you'll have the chance to:
- Elevate business partnering capabilities through strategic consulting and influence
- Embed contemporary wellbeing and WHS practices, focusing on psychosocial risk management, organisational justice, and resilience building
- Establish best practice ER/safety frameworks, policies, and systems, shifting from reactive to preventative approaches
You'll be a key member of the leadership team, contributing to the success of our organisation by driving transformation and enterprise-wide change. The successful candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- Deep experience in senior HR leadership roles and working with executive stakeholders and Boards
- Broad expertise across talent, culture, organisational development, ER, safety, and wellbeing
