HR Transformation Expert

This is a key leadership position to shape the future of HR across our Chief Data, Digital and AI Office. As Head of HR, you'll collaborate with Executives, General Managers and their leadership teams to design and implement workforce strategies that support business transformation, talent growth and capability development.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Executives and General Managers to drive organisational design and embed agile ways of working
- Contribute to a high-performing HR team and drive large-scale cultural transformation
- Develop and grow talent, and build organisational wide capability
- Lead stakeholder management and influence executives and senior leaders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
You'll bring deep experience in HR business partnering, workforce planning and organisational design as a Head of HR (minimum 5 years' experience at Head of HR level). You'll also have a solid understanding of HR risk, governance and compliance frameworks.
