Strategic HR Leader Opportunity

This is a leadership opportunity to shape the future of HR and drive business transformation.

You will partner with executives and their teams to design and deliver workforce strategies that support talent growth, capability development, and organisational effectiveness.

  • A proven track record in HR business partnering, workforce planning, and organisational design.
  • Experience in leading large-scale cultural transformation and embedding agile work practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and ability to reflect on HR processes and policies.

We're looking for an established strategic HR leader who can connect people strategy with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement workforce strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Partner with executive teams to design and deliver organisational change initiatives.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HR business partnering at Head of HR level.
  • Proven ability to lead cultural transformation and embed agile work practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leaders.
  • A track record of identifying and developing talent, and building organisational capability.
