Job Description:

HR Business Partnering

We are seeking an experienced and credible HR professional to support our ambitious transformation across enterprise technology and cyber portfolios. The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business transformation priorities, bringing insight, rigour, and strong relationships to the table.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Partnering: Work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with business goals.
  • Organisation & Capability Design: Shape future-fit org structures, enabling smarter, leaner operating models, and help leaders future-proof their teams through the right capability mix.
  • Leading Change at Scale: Support enterprise-level change, re-orgs, and operating model shifts, guiding leaders through ambiguity and sustain engagement.
  • Leadership Coaching & Performance Enablement: Coach leaders to lead with confidence, manage performance constructively, and build inclusive, engaged teams that thrive through transformation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Enterprise HR Expertise: Deep experience in complex, mature organisational settings, ideally in technology-rich environments where modernisation is the mission.
  • Change Leadership Credentials: Proven track record delivering structural change, workforce transition, and culture realignment at scale.
  • Tech & Cyber Fluency: Able to engage confidently with technology and cyber leaders, understand legacy vs. modern tech stack challenges, and speak the language of technical teams.
  • Leadership Capability Building: Experienced in enabling and coaching leaders to take accountability, drive performance, and role model culture.
