Job Title: HR Transformation Specialist

At our organization, we're seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team as an HR Transformation Specialist. This role involves partnering with senior HR leaders and delivering tailored workforce programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic workforce solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver people transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to inform HR program development.
  • Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR consulting or similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful HR transformation projects.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary package including base pay range $150,000 - $165,000 per annum.
  • Hybrid work arrangement with 4 days office and 1 WFH day.
