
HR Transformation Leader

As a key member of our organization, the Strategic HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in driving business success through effective people management. This role involves working closely with senior leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive value at different stages of the employee life cycle, including transformation, culture, employee engagement, reward, inclusion & diversity, and organisational change.
This position requires a true business partner who is entrenched in the business and supported by centres of excellence to lead and deliver key HR and people initiatives. The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder engagement skills, enabling them to interact directly with GM and Executive level stakeholders.
The Strategic HR Business Partner will be responsible for delivering critical large-scale people and change initiatives as an HR professional. They will work closely with business leaders to identify and address key challenges, developing and implementing solutions that drive business outcomes.
