Key Role: Manager, HR Business Partnering

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and credible Manager, HR Business Partnering to support our ambitious transformation across enterprise technology and cyber portfolios. This role will enable established, enterprise-level technology teams to modernise their stacks, lift capability, and retain top talent.

The Role
  • Strategic HR Partnering: Partner with senior leaders and Associate Directors to align people strategies with business transformation priorities.
  • Organisation & Capability Design: Shape future-fit org structures, enabling smarter, leaner operating models.
  • Leading Change at Scale: Support enterprise-level change, re-orgs, and operating model shifts.
  • Leadership Coaching & Performance Enablement: Coach leaders to lead with confidence, manage performance constructively, and build inclusive, engaged teams that thrive through transformation.
  • Delivering Fit-for-Purpose People Solution: Work hand-in-hand with P&C Centres of Excellence to deliver scalable, tailored people solutions that address the evolving needs of the technology and cyber portfolios.
Requirements
  • Strong Enterprise HR Expertise - Deep experience in complex, mature organisational settings - ideally in technology-rich environments (e.g. telco, banking, insurance) where modernisation, not scale-up, is the mission.
  • Change Leadership Credentials - Proven track record delivering structural change, workforce transition, and culture realignment at scale.
  • Tech & Cyber Fluency - Able to engage confidently with technology and cyber leaders, understand legacy vs. modern tech stack challenges, and speak the language of technical teams.
  • Leadership Capability Building - Experienced in enabling and coaching leaders to take accountability, drive performance, and role model culture.
  • Data & Commercial Acumen - Brings insight and commercial thinking, using people data and digital tools to inform decisions and measure success.
