About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for our users to get the most out of Stripe by quickly understanding their needs and developing account plans to win and expand business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a named account list and develop account plans to drive growth and expansion with existing customers
  • Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture new business opportunities
  • Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to close, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction
  • Owning contract renewals and leading commercial negotiations to increase revenue and retain existing customers
  • Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders at new and existing users
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and develop financial analyses
  • Lead and contribute to team projects to refine our sales process

About You

You have 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, with either sales or renewal-based KPIs within a rapidly growing organization. You possess exceptional commercial acumen, consultative skills, and analytical ability to manage complex pricing and cost considerations.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of A$192,000 - A$288,000 per annum, inclusive of base salary and sales commissions. Our benefits package includes equity, company bonus or sales commissions, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
