Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Arete Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of loyal clients and identifying new business opportunities to fuel growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market knowledge
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations
As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive package, including incentives, motor vehicle allowance, and career development opportunities. You will also have the flexibility to work remotely, on the go, or alongside your team, with a 50/50 split between new business development and account management.
Requirements- Proven experience in new business sales and account management, ideally within trade, building materials, or a product-related industry
- Strong technical mindset, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously, with a positive, can-do attitude and adaptability in a competitive market
