About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Arete Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of loyal clients and identifying new business opportunities to fuel growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market knowledge
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations

Requirements
  • Proven experience in new business sales and account management, ideally within trade, building materials, or a product-related industry
  • Strong technical mindset, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a positive, can-do attitude and adaptability in a competitive market
