Dental Practice Clinical Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and motivated clinical professional to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily clinical operations, managing patient flow, and supporting the delivery of high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage daily clinical operations, ensuring seamless patient flow.
- Support the clinical team in delivering high-quality patient care, including treatment schedules and communication.
- Assist with case presentations and treatment coordination discussions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Support the training and development of team members, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Build positive relationships with patients to enhance their treatment experience.
- Previous experience as a Clinical Coordinator within a healthcare setting is essential.
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting or Certificate IV in Dental Assisting is highly desirable.
- Experience with practice management software is advantageous.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
