Dental Front Office Coordinator/Receptionist

We are looking for a highly motivated experienced and dynamic front office coordinator/receptionist for our well established modern dental practice in Docklands.

Pinnacle Dental is committed to providing high-quality care to our patients. Our team of dental professionals works together to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our patients and staff.

You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational functions of the clinic. You will work closely with the dentists, the business manager and the rest of the team to ensure the smooth running of the practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Day to day patient management, including greeting patients, establishing relationships with our existing clients and presenting treatment plans
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that patients receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
  • Phone management and following up on appointments
  • Administrative tasks
  • Managing daily appointment books with scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Assisting in the daily running of the practice
  • Dental health education and oral health promotion
  • Patient billing using HICAPS and EFTPOS machines
  • Reporting to the practice manager to ensure practice and dentists needs are fulfilled

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in the dental industry.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in in the customer service side of dental practices (additional in-house training and support can also be provided)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Understanding of the dental industry and its regulations
  • To be outstandingly reliable and committed
