If you are an experienced Practice Manager who places an emphasis on patient-centred care rather than meeting KPI's, this Practice Coordinator position in East Kew will fit your management approach perfectly.

In the role of Practice Coordinator for this successful private practice, which has replicated its patient-centric model at other select locations in Melbourne, you will ensure the efficient and seamless day-to-day running of the practice.

To do this, you will lead an established team and use your skills to further grow the talent of each team member to create a cohesive, functioning unit. You will value the importance of projecting a professional and positive attitude to clinicians, team members, patients, referring dentists and organisations.

Key functions of the role include:

- Ensure the efficient & seamless day-to-day running of the practice
- Ensure ideal patient care and that patient experiences are first class
- Ensure optimal productivity of each clinician
- Identify obstacles to growth and development
- Manage and lead your team
- Work in concert with Group Client Experience Manager to ensure consistency of high-quality patient experience
- Deal with patient queries in a sympathetic and polite manner
- Ensure patient feedback is acknowledged and acted upon
- Arrange rosters and holiday rotations
- Ensure all your Clinicians' needs are provided: dental assistants, equipment etc
- Monitor clinician re-bookings
- Take responsibility for and supervise all banking procedures
- Monthly practice reports
- Understand the Practice Mission
