We are an established family oriented dental practice offering general, cosmetic and implant dental services in Langwarrin. Our practice is dedicated to deliver the best that dentistry had to offer at affordable prices.

We are seeking a friendly, self-motivated, dedicated and experienced receptionist or practice manager to join our team. The role involves all aspects of reception duties with occasional chair side assisting and infection control duties. The role offers a good opportunity for personal and career growth. Remuneration is rewarded depending on experience.

Skills and Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a dental receptionist or a dental practice manager
Have exceptional people skills and exemplary customer service skills
Good organisational and communication skills
Commitment for excellent patient care with strong work ethics
Excellent computer skills with D4W experience
Key Responsibilities

Treatment coordination with clinicians and patients
Managing cancellations, recalls, accounts and new patient development
Scheduling Coordinator of appointment books
Checking monthly outstanding orders and finance payments
Administering staff payroll and payment of salaries
Assisting with marketing and business development activities
Ordering and Stock control
Equipment Management
Assist with the implementation of practice operating policies and procedures

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
