We are looking for a highly experienced practice manager with proven experience in the dental
industry who will be committed long term and ultimately enjoy a successful career with us. As a
rapidly expanding company, we encourage growth and further learning to provide our clientele with
a personalised professional and caring service.

Position: Practice Manager
, Permanent.
Annual salary: $85,000 + Super

As the Practice Manager you will be representing the clinic and supervising the entire clinic and team
to ensure clients and visitors receive excellent and professional customer service as well as having a
key role in appointment book management and adhering to the company pre blocks and KPI's.
You will be responsible to ensure all front of house areas operate a high quality service at all times
and supervise a range of administrative duties to ensure the smooth operations of the practice.
You will be required to train, upskill and optimise all existing and new staff as required.
You will manage staff rostering, annual leave and training.
Manage performance of existing employees, address concerns and solve problems.
You are responsible for the payroll of the clinic, ensuring it is delivered to the finance team
accurately on time.
You are required to work closely with team leaders, managers and all staff to ensure the clinic is
running to its full capacity.
Working closely with the lead patient consultant you are required to strategise and work towards
the company's revenue KPI's to ensure they are met and the clinic is running efficiently and
productively. With the addition of managing accounts and bad debts.
As the new clinic opens and grows you will be responsible for the coordination of equipment,
surgery set ups and infrastructure to grow the clinic.

Skills and Qualifications:
Essential
Minimum three years dental clinic management experience
Completion of an accredited dental practice management course or similar
Experience in management of patient complaints and escalation processes
Demonstration of communication and leadership skills
Exceptional organisation skills
Understanding of Australian Dental Schedule
Knowledge of cosmetic dental procedures such as porcelain veneers and orthodontics
Knowledge of surgical procedures such as dental implants and All-on-4 treatment

Desirable
Tertiary education in Business or similar
Experience with Core Practice Software
Completion of an accredited dental practice management course
CPR/Triage training and/or experience
