The Opportunity
The growth of our fast-paced, growing practice now calls for a hands-on, experienced Practice Manager to bring your skills to the role and make it your own. Supported by a friendly, collaborative team, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of a surgical implant-focused practice
- Staff management, development, and motivation
- HR and rostering
- Procurement and purchasing
- Planning and scheduling across surgical and restorative workflows
- Maximising workflow efficiency across the practice
- Developing and implementing streamlined processes
- Monitoring performance to ensure high-quality standards and continuous improvement
About You
This role will suit a professional who is:
- An excellent communicator with the ability to engage and inspire a high-performing team
- Experienced in dental practice management
- Confident managing the operational needs of a fast-paced, growing practice
- Skilled in improving systems, enhancing productivity, and ensuring measurable outcomes
- Experienced with Dental4Windows (D4W) highly regarded
- Motivated to contribute ideas that drive growth and enhance the patient experience
