The RoleWe're looking for an experienced Practice Manager who can take charge of daily operations and lead the practice to its next stage of growth.
Your Role:
- Staff management, HR & 1:1 rostering
- Scheduling across all workflows
- Procurement and stock management
- Driving KPIs and achieving monthly business targets
- Streamlining systems for workflow efficiency
- Coaching and motivating a high-performing team
- Oversee Dentists, Reception and clinical staff
- Day to day operations
- Business forecasting
- Risk and governance compliance
- Hands on management
- Previous experience in dental practice management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience in patient relations
- Proven ability to achieve KPIs and improve processes
- Excellent communicator, organised and results-driven
