Dental Practice Leadership Position

We are seeking a skilled Dental Practice Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional patient care and service.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, with experience in managing clinical operations and supporting staff. They will also have a proven track record of promoting dental health and compliance with legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure high-quality patient care and customer service.
- Coordinate clinical and administrative support to achieve optimal practice performance.
- Promote dental health and maintain compliance with legislation and clinic policies.
- Support patient safety, efficient workflows, and help the practice meet its goals.
Working Hours: Full-time rotating roster, Monday to Friday and Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

About This Role:
In this role, you will work closely with the Lead Dentist, support staff, and report to the Practice Development Manager. You will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and service.

- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing clinical operations and supporting staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to promote dental health and compliance with legislative requirements.
- Experience in coordinating clinical and administrative support to achieve optimal practice performance.
