About Us

Dental House Group is currently looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead our state-of-the-art, three-chair clinic in Greenvale. Our modern facility combines cutting-edge technology with a warm, welcoming environment to deliver high-quality, gentle dental care—from general dentistry to advanced treatments. You'll be joining a passionate and supportive team of clinicians and dental professionals who are committed to excellence in patient care.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Greenvale clinic. This is a fantastic opportunity for a natural leader who excels in a team environment and is dedicated to delivering outstanding patient experiences. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our dentists, front office staff, and dental assistants to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality practice management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day clinic operations, appointment scheduling, and workflow
  • Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and service excellence
  • Oversee administrative duties including billing, reporting, and regulatory compliance
  • Monitor stock levels, inventory, and infection control procedures
  • Contribute to patient satisfaction, retention, and practice growth initiatives
About You
  • Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Experience in dental practice management or broader healthcare practice management is required
  • Minimum 1-2 years of dental practice management experience required
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in practice management software (experience with CareStack is a plus)
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and highly patient-focused
  • Australian work rights required for this position
