Job SummaryAshurst is seeking a highly skilled Pursuit Manager to join our Global Pursuit Team in Sydney or Brisbane on a 9 month fixed term contract basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing win strategies and managing end-to-end pursuits of our most strategic opportunities.
About the RoleIn this role, you will work closely with the Global Pursuit Team, the wider Clients, Markets and Growth team, partners and other key stakeholders to develop bids and proposals. You will be an integral part of our team, supporting the development of win strategies and ensuring we maximize our chances of winning complex, high value and strategic pursuits.
Key Responsibilities- Develop win strategies and manage end-to-end pursuits of our most strategic opportunities
- Work closely with the Global Pursuit Team, the wider Clients, Markets and Growth team, partners and other key stakeholders to develop bids and proposals
- Support the development of win strategies and ensure we maximize our chances of winning complex, high value and strategic pursuits
- Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, based on complexity
- 5+ years' experience in a pursuit and bid role in legal, professional services or other relevant environments
- Strong technical capability in leading pursuits, including stakeholder engagement and project management skills
- Extensive experience developing win strategies, with the ability to successfully articulate themes, differentiators and benefits
- Ability to effectively manage and engage key stakeholders in leading pursuits/bids
- Highly competent user of the Microsoft Office suite, including Word and PowerPoint
