The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Pursuit Manager to join our global team in Brisbane on a permanent basis. Our Global Pursuit Team is a dynamic and passionate group of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional results in strategic pursuits. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing win strategies and managing end-to-end pursuit processes for our most critical opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute winning strategies for complex, high-value pursuits
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and project management for pursuit teams
  • Collaborate with the Global Pursuit Team, Clients, Markets and Growth team, partners, and other key stakeholders to deliver successful bids and proposals
  • Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines
  • Utilize Microsoft Office suite, including Word and PowerPoint, to create high-quality bid and proposal documents
