Pursuit Manager - 9 Month Fixed Term Contract

Job Summary

Ashurst is seeking a highly skilled Pursuit Manager to join our Global Pursuit Team in Sydney or Brisbane on a 9 month fixed term contract basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing win strategies and managing end-to-end pursuits of our most strategic opportunities.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with the Global Pursuit Team, the wider Clients, Markets and Growth team, partners and other key stakeholders to develop and execute winning bid and proposal strategies. You will be responsible for leading the development of win strategies, managing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex pursuits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute winning bid and proposal strategies
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Lead the development of win strategies and pursue management plans
  • Collaborate with the Global Pursuit Team and other stakeholders to ensure successful pursuit delivery
  • Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, prioritizing and allocating resources effectively
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience in a pursuit and bid role in legal, professional services or other relevant environments
  • Strong technical capability in leading pursuits, including stakeholder engagement and project management skills
  • Extensive experience developing win strategies with the ability to successfully articulate themes, differentiators and benefits
  • Ability to effectively manage and engage key stakeholders in leading pursuits/bids
  • Highly competent user of the Microsoft Office suite, including Word and PowerPoint
