The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Pursuit Manager to join our global team in Sydney or Brisbane on a 9 month fixed term contract basis. Our Global Pursuit Team is a dynamic and passionate group of professionals dedicated to generating profitable business for the firm. In this role, you will be responsible for developing win strategies and managing the end-to-end pursuit process for our most strategic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement winning strategies for complex, high-value pursuits
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and project management skills to successfully manage pursuit processes
  • Collaborate with the Global Pursuit Team, Clients, Markets and Growth team, partners, and other key stakeholders to develop bids and proposals
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the team to ensure we are maximising our chances of winning strategic pursuits
