Key Responsibilities:

- The successful candidate will be responsible for executing pricing processes, managing complex/strategic pricing requests, ensuring compliance with operational policies, and providing insights to relevant operations staff.">
- They will also perform checks and balances of bid submissions and awards, ensure quality assurance of submitted bid rates, award verification and final rate uploads.">
- Additional responsibilities include reading through bid materials to understand requirements and expectations, gathering, consolidating, and verifying rates and lane awards, managing timelines, maintaining absolute accuracy and attention to detail.">
- Also involved in completing and participating in customer cost reviews based on data, volume, and revenue trends, performing site administration for some websites based on opportunity, working with the administration tool, setting up, registering, and downloading documents.">
- Consulting with multiple offices/partners to identify and capitalize on pricing and service strengths/overcome weaknesses regarding our competitors, developing a deep understanding of what factors influence pricing strategy (rate and cost).">
- The successful candidate will utilize and contribute to the development of pricing tools, monitor and report back to management monthly progress towards complex assigned goals and KPIs (Trends related to Volume and Revenue, and Win/Loss Ratios, etc.).">
- Collaborate with teams around the Network of offices and shared services to continuously improve processes, build tools, and share best practices for pricing.">
- Assist offices with any complex issues relating to pricing and tools, troubleshooting and problem solve problems relating to bid awards.">
- Work closely with supervisor to onboard and train new team members.">
