Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse competitor and market pricing trends within the care sector to inform pricing strategy
  • Recommend various pricing structures that optimise revenue and profitability
  • Develop and implement pricing methodologies for on-site services
  • Maximise rate of return on delivery of care in villages, balancing occupancy and price trade-offs/elasticity
  • Develop and maintain commercial/economic models for setting prices and measuring impact of price changes
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to assist with roll-out of pricing changes

Requirements
  • Proven experience in similar pricing analyst role with strong commercial modelling skills
  • Analytical and data-driven, skilled at translating market trends into actionable pricing strategies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficient with systems such as MS Excel, Salesforce, SQL, and/or Power BI
