Pricing Manager Role

We have a long history of serving local communities and continue to grow as a leading retail business. In this role, you will be part of a large team that drives value for customers through strategic pricing decisions.

  • As Pricing Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Pricing Manager to develop and implement pricing strategies that meet business objectives.
  • You will be the key contact for merchandise teams on pricing and value, providing guidance and support on key decisions related to market pricing, value plans, promotional tactics, and effectiveness.
  • This role involves overseeing price reporting and identifying opportunities to refine, enhance, or automate processes to provide more value to the team and stakeholders.
  • Responsibilities include:
    • Conducting robust analysis to identify and evaluate pricing and value metrics.
    • Delivering insightful commentary and actionable insights to key stakeholders using influencing skills to drive outcomes based on the pricing & value strategy.
    • Leading thinking around how to integrate data from various sources into reporting and decision-making.
    • Staying familiar with pricing guardrails maintained by the compliance team and educating BU teams on these.
    • Identifying and implementing process changes that deliver improved end-to-end efficiencies.

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale data and developing insightful reports.
