
Pricing Strategist

The organisation is seeking an experienced Pricing Strategist to drive its pricing strategy, maximise profitability and competitiveness, and enhance customer value.
You will lead the next phase of our pricing transformation, implementing advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI tools to inform pricing decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing pricing strategies that align with business objectives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce CPQ and pricing engine as standard for pricing and tenders
- Establishing best-in-class processes and workflows to improve speed, transparency, and accuracy in pricing and commercial activities
- Overseeing price adjustments, approvals, and governance to ensure margin, risk, and customer value targets are consistently achieved
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior commercial leadership roles, with expertise in contracting, pricing, and deal management. They should possess strong commercial and contract management skills, including reviewing contracts, structuring deals, and managing risk.
Additional requirements include:
- Deep understanding of commercial risk and governance frameworks
- Experience leading large-scale commercial or pricing transformation programs, with solid knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks
