Lead Pricing Strategist

This role directs, leads, and manages the pricing function for PEXA's products and services.

  • Develop differentiated capabilities and funding models to support achievement of PEXA financial targets.
  • Provide authoritative advice on pricing and payments to inform decision-making with senior executives and management.
About the Role

This role is responsible for directing, leading, and managing the pricing function for PEXA's products and services.

  • Design, deliver, and obtain commitment to product pricing methodologies from senior executives and management.
  • Build and implement PEXA's pricing capability throughout the Group, including 3rd parties.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Strong leadership skills with experience influencing and negotiating with stakeholders and team members.
  2. A strong understanding of the functional, technical, and architectural design of payments platforms/systems.
  3. Familiarity with Agile development principles.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong pricing, payments, business acumen, analytical, and quantitative skills.
  • Experience in Product Management, preferably from the payments and/or financial services industries.
