Job Summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Service Administration Specialist to join our team in Port Hedland, WA. As a key member of our Distribution Business, you will be responsible for supporting the parts and warehouse team with inventory management, completing supplier invoicing, accounts payable, mail management, and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the parts and warehouse team with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and issuing parts.
  • Complete supplier invoicing, accounts payable, and mail management tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide world-class service to our well-established customer base, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Support the service supervisor with account issues and day-to-day workload, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Arrange training and keep accurate records for technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to develop relationships with internal and external customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated service administration experience in a similar industry, such as automotive or trucking.
  • ERP experience, preferably with Movex, along with intermediate skills in Word and Excel.
  • An understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as familiarity with financial processes and purchase orders.
  • World-class interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers.
