Job Description

The Financial Services Coordinator role at Mynrma is a key position within our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial transactions. This includes managing accounts payable, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable Management: Oversee the processing of invoices, ensuring timely payment to suppliers and vendors.
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger coding and account reconciliations.
  • Supplier Liaison: Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors, resolving any queries or issues in a timely manner.
  • Financial Reporting: Provide regular financial reports to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-3 years' experience in an accounts payable or receivable role.
  • Qualifications: Certificate IV in Accounting, desirable but not essential.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and Sage 300 ERP Accounting System.
