Why Your Role Matters:

The External Engagement team plays a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing project leadership, developing communications, and supporting faculty events. You will also be responsible for managing faculty website content, updating portfolio reporting, and building key relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project leadership and coordination for external engagement initiatives
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with stakeholders
  • Support faculty events and activities, including planning, coordination, and execution
  • Manage faculty website content, including updates and maintenance
  • Update portfolio reporting and provide insights to stakeholders
  • Build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training, and experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to respond to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks, and meet competing deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and productively within a team, but also to take initiative and work independently while managing competing demands
  • Experience working with a range of computer systems and applications, including Microsoft and Adobe
  • Demonstrated event experience, including end-to-end delivery
  • Proven ability to manage projects and to develop, plan, and implement successful activities
  • Sound stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in distilling complex information into simple messages for communication to diverse audiences
  • Project experience, with an understanding of the project life cycle and development of project plans, objectives, and documentation
