Job Title: Client Care Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Client Care Representative. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their hearing health needs are met.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Coordinate appointments and scheduling to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations
  • Provide administrative support to our Clinicians, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and maintenance
  • Handle phone calls and emails from clients, responding promptly and professionally
  • Process client payments accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or administration is highly desirable
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client experiences and building strong relationships
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to empathize with clients
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and a positive attitude, with a can-do approach
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
