At our brand new start-of-the-art hearing clinic, we're seeking a dedicated and hands-on customer service/admin professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves interacting with people and providing exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele.
As a Client Care Representative | Clinical Administration, you will play a vital role in helping our clients manage their hearing health in this diverse client-facing role. You'll be responsible for welcoming our clients, scheduling and confirming appointments, providing administrative support to our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists), and efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics.
To be successful in this role, you'll need prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration, a passion for delivering an amazing client experience, great communication and active listening skills, resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy. You'll also require excellent organisational and time management skills, ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team, focus on results, and intermediate computer skills.
