About the Role

We are seeking a Hearing Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinic, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and contributing to the day-to-day functions of our hearing clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage appointment schedules for audiologists, including setting and rescheduling appointments for clients
  • Greet clients at the clinic and update client records
  • Assist with client and doctor inquiries
  • Answer clinic phone calls and emails
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices
  • Accurately bill appointments
  • Perform other general office duties

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. You will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to multitask effectively.
