As a Customer Service Professional, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and care.

This role is ideal for someone who is dedicated, hands-on, and passionate about delivering an amazing client experience. You will play a vital part in helping our clients manage their hearing health in a diverse client-facing environment.

We are seeking an experienced professional with prior face-to-face customer service and/or administration experience. Your excellent communication and active listening skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients.

You will work closely with our clinicians to provide administrative support and efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of our clinics. This is a permanent part-time position with working hours scheduled between Monday to Tuesday.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Prior experience in customer service and/or administration
  • A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
