
Hearing Health Advocate

Empowering individuals to achieve their full potential is at the heart of our organization. As a dedicated Client Service Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, enabling them to take control of their hearing health.
This is a part-time position requiring 15.2 hours per week, scheduled between Monday and Tuesday, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. You will work closely with our team to ensure our clients receive the best possible experience.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Welcome and manage client experiences for optimal outcomes
- Schedule and confirm appointments for our clients
- Provide administrative support to our clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
- Efficiently manage day-to-day clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
- Billing clients correctly and taking payments
- Learn and competently use a range of software and applications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles
- A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
- Focus on results and the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients
- Intermediate computer skills
- An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
