Job Title

As a dedicated professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and helping them manage their hearing health.

Your responsibilities will include welcoming clients, managing their experience for optimal outcomes, scheduling and confirming appointments, providing administrative support to our clinicians, and efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics.

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills are required.
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy are necessary for this role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills are crucial.
  • The ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team is vital.
  • Focus on results and the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients is key.
  • Intermediate computer skills are necessary.
  • An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in customer service/admin is preferred.
