Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on customer service professional to join our organization. As a Client Care Representative, you will play an important role in providing exceptional service to our clients and helping them manage their hearing health.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients and ensure their experience is optimal
  • Schedule appointments for clients and confirm arrangements
  • Provide administrative support to clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
  • Efficiently manage clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Manage the phone line and shared email inbox
  • Billing and payment processing for clients
  • Familiarity with various software applications
Requirements
  • Prior experience in face-to-face customer service or administration roles
  • A passion for delivering excellent client experiences
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and high energy levels
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
  • Focus on results and delivering the best possible outcomes for both the organization and clients
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
