As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire business development cycle, from identifying new business opportunities to securing client partnerships and expanding our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify potential clients by seeking out new business opportunities and initiating contact with companies that could benefit from our comprehensive travel solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to reinforce us as a preferred and reliable partner.
  • Understand clients' needs and present our offering by engaging with prospects to uncover their current travel requirements, booking behaviors, and pain points.
  • Support new clients through onboarding by facilitating a smooth transition into our system and introducing them to their dedicated travel team for direct access to support and expert advice.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience working in a Business Development role, heavily focused on B2B Sales/Development or experience working in a Sales role within the Travel & Tourism sector.
  • A driven individual who thrives in a sales environment, is self-motivated, and has a passion for delivering on sales targets and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
