We're seeking a Business Development Growth Specialist to drive growth initiatives across various service lines, sectors, and strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the BD team in achieving national and local goals through several growth strategies, providing insights for new and existing accounts, and helping to identify and convert leads.
This role involves close collaboration with the broader BD team, stakeholders, and other relevant parties, fostering a business development culture within the organization.
- Develop and implement appropriate BD strategies, plans, and activities;
- Support national and local BD teams in their plan development for assigned growth areas;
- Provide insights for new and existing accounts;
- Identify and convert leads.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. They should also have a deep understanding of business development principles and practices.
