Senior Business Development Lead

This is a senior-level business development position responsible for driving growth and expansion of a multi-donor portfolio across Southeast Asia and the Pacific.

The role will deliver high-quality proposals and tenders that meet the needs of core clients, enabling impactful delivery and innovation.

  • Foster business growth across the region by supporting and managing the bid process from inception to submission.
  • Develop winning tenders that align with client needs, ensuring successful project execution and outcomes.

Key relationships include Directors, Business Development Teams, and Support Teams globally, including Finance, Legal, and Commercial units.

About the Role: This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive business growth, build strong relationships, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and experience in business development or a related field.
