The role of a Business Development Executive is to build, grow and strategically develop business relationships and work with clients to unlock their full potential. This position requires an accomplished Sales professional with a proven track record of successful business conversion.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and cultivate long-term business relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor products and services to meet those requirements.
- Develop strategic sales plans to enhance demand and conversion.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain effective communication with the Director of Sales & Marketing providing market intelligence on a regular basis.
- Communicate with National Sales to ensure hotels have access to key accounts and maximize any sales opportunities.
- You will have a genuine passion and motivation for the hospitality industry.
- You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and gain buy-in from both internal and external stakeholders.
- You will have experience working with various market segments including corporate and government.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a high degree of autonomy in your day-to-day schedule, while also enjoying the support of a strong team network.
