Culture and Employee Experience Manager
About the RoleThis is a generalist HR role with responsibility across all people functions, including payroll, rostering, recruitment, retention, learning and development, performance management, and industrial relations.
The ideal candidate will be able to implement new Human Resource software solutions, support and guide leaders and employees, communicate information and data in a meaningful and useful way, and provide strong planning, organisational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Main Responsibilities:- Leading the implementation of new Human Resource software solutions.
- Supporting and guiding leaders and employees.
- Communicating information and data in a meaningful and useful way.
- Providing strong planning, organisational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proven expertise in project and change management.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, interpersonal, and diplomacy skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
