Job Title:

Culture and Employee Experience Manager

About the Role

This is a generalist HR role with responsibility across all people functions, including payroll, rostering, recruitment, retention, learning and development, performance management, and industrial relations.

The ideal candidate will be able to implement new Human Resource software solutions, support and guide leaders and employees, communicate information and data in a meaningful and useful way, and provide strong planning, organisational, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Main Responsibilities:

Requirements
  • Proven expertise in project and change management.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
